Some assistants may know their technical skills well but may need more practice on developing soft skills or interpersonal skills.

The provider was very nice to me and my child. It was nice to see her interact with my kid as well as she did. She really went above just providing the requested services. I will definitely continue to see her my treatments and recommend her to others. Great experience with my visit.

If and where can I get information about my prosthetic eye and supply's. Who's the closest one to me as a provider? And as far as my glasses, if I should have trouble like broken, or lens pop out, where to call?

My experience was wonderful especially when she had to put me at ease about needing cataract surgery. I like how she walked me out to the registration desk. Due to dialated eyes!!

They need a better selection of glasses with half rim.

Excellent care!

I was surprised that I could call and get an appointment the same day. Actually within a couple hours after I called. I was worried, learned about my condition, felt relieved, and stopped at the pharmacy to get an over the counter medication in a single morning. It was wonderful!

If I owned or operated a hospital or clinic I would seek her out

I had an 11:00 appt that I arrived 10 minutes early for. Sat in waiting room until 11:35. Why am I there to sit and wait? My time isn't valuable? I know they gave me reasons, true or not who knows. Time I can't get back, seems to be a pattern.

The person giving my prescriptions and get my glasses is very well. The two giving me the eye exam one was just learning. I recommend highly, they were very questioned me about a lot of things and answered my questions I was impressed. The doctor himself did a good job. I thought very thorough when I asked questions he seemed to be more than glad to answer.

Good appt. Great providers. Busy that day. A bit chaotic at registration. Receptionists taking phone calls while checking people in. This is sort of a pet peeve of mine. Very nice people though, trying anyway.

Dr. Hafner is kind and courteous....a real asset to the profession!!! Besides, if she wasn't I would send her grandfather after her (lol)

I really appreciate that they got me again quickly, and I've had trouble just with the blood, everything else just getting in, and they really did a great job, and looked after my eyes in a way that I feel like really kind of went above and beyond. So I appreciate the great work that they do, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

It's been a long time since I got new glasses, mostly because I didn't know what would look good on me. But I was blessed to have a young lady who cared enough to take the time to help pick the right frames for me. And my granddaughters totally agreed with her suggestion! A win - win!

The doctor did not want to change my prescription at the first part of my appointment even though I was having blurry vision and headaches. She eventually agreed to increase my prescription and now I can see great. Good thing I stood up and advocated for myself. Would not trust her professionally.

Pre-visit phone calls were intrusive and unnecessary. Asking me to come twice to evaluate glasses I don't wear was thoughtless and caused anxiety before I even got to the appointment. I did not go twice. I don't live near by.There were too many phone calls to which I had given an answer the first time.

I was expecting more information on things that are available to assist me when living at home with low vision. There has to be more than magnifying devices to assist someone to stay in their home. What she did research she was just doing online. We can do that. I was disappointed and expected to find out more information.
