This provider was real good. I had a good appointment and so on and so forth. However, when I called in prior to that, a week before, I did not like how the nurse kind of, I talked to the nurse and she didn't exactly answer my question correctly. And I was very disappointed when I found out the truth that she could have just told me right on the phone instead of going around and around in a circle to get what she wanted instead of what I wanted. I do not remember what this nurse's name was.

For check-in to exam, all great people. Thank you, so much.

Doctor was likeable. However, didn't seem to grasp the pain I was experiencing with my back, so wouldn't prescribe the pain meds I needed and have been working for me.

Matt Wagner is very attentive to listen to all of my concerns and I don't have any problem sharing any issue that I am dealing with.

The office experience was really good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the pre check in questions were more about if I can afford to come to your clinic than it was my actual health concerns.
