The shortest wait times in my medical history. Excellent.

Dr Sdano was a bit late as he had other patients with questions. No problem. He was caring and very professional. He even checked several other related concerns I had. Great doctor who seemed very knowledgeable.

It just seems kind of funny that we had to come there to get checked out to find out something that we already do and then find out that we're going to have to have another appointment and yet, we haven't been notified that we're going to need another appointment. That does not make me happy. Thank you.

The appointment felt very rushed and I didn't really feel heard or assured.

I wasn't asked what medication I was on. I wasn't asked if I tried any medication for congestion that may have contributed to my hearing issues, nor was anything like that suggested as something to try. Instead hearing aids seemed to be the go to answer without even trying anything else.

I needed a snoring consult. I waited 3+ months for this just to learn they could only recommend me to the sleep center for a snoring consult. It was a pointless 2 minute appointment that wasn't the right doctor. How could my primary care guy have done this to me?

I received good news so it was as wonderful as the whole staff ??...

My 1st appointment was not flexible from the time of my 1st visit to the urgent care clinic as I work a 2nd shift job. I do understand that the ENT is out of LaCrosse, WI. but not knowing if the Polyps in my nasal cavities were benign or not for the time I had to wait before seeing the ENT, was unsettling. Maybe a brochure or something could have given me some peace for the long wait.

As my first time being seen in the office, I was very pleased. It was first time using "I'm here" in my chart. Really like convenience. Glad they're patient and kind which parking lot, elevator and floor to go. It's a big campus. I really appreciate the Dr. talking about my case history while using the CT scan on the computer to explain and show what to expect for surgery. Dr. allowed time for questions and certainly looked at my labs and diagnostics before our meeting. He took a world of worry off my shoulders and gave me confidence in the next step to feeling better.

I'm disappointed that most of my physicians have moved on to other jobs within the company. Because I needed to find all new physicians within the last year and a half. I feel like my medical needs are falling through the cracks. It's hard to find a new dr because all the dr are full and over whelmed and are not taking new patients on because they are full. And it's along waiting list to see a doctor.

Dr. Sdano was amazing!!! He listened to my concerns with the lump in my face and knew that I drove quite a distance to see him. He arranged his schedule to do my procedure same day for my convenience. Super caring and his stitch job on my face is superb you won't even see the scar when it's healed. Thank you for everything!!! Dr. Sdano just really took great care of me. He called to check on me after surgery. My two adult children went to recheck appointment following surgery and he answered their questions. Stand up kind of Dr. and human!

I have visited Winona Gundersen twice in the past two weeks and the place is phenomenal. Very nice people, clean new place, and very fast service.

Excellent care. Disappointing that an appointment cannot be made 6 months in advance. Past experience in other departments has shown fewer scheduling options (, missed reminders from some departments) when Dr. wants a recheck appointment in 6 months, but it can't be scheduled that far in advance.

Never got any answers to why my ear feels plugged and humms all the time, thought the ENT would of been able to even look at that, but guess he's not the right doctor that specializes in ear problems.

I am so thankful for your staff. My child has has strep so often an no other doctor would consider even listening to us about removing her tonsils until we met with Matthew. The time frame was within reasonable time frame for surgery. THANK YOU.

This doctor is pretty amazing!

You have a hard time finding where you are going because of construction. We went on the elevator that I have been on before and where I had to go was not there. A very nice person took us to the place we had to go. This saved us going back down on the elevator and getting in another one. Very confusing.

This appointment was rushed and the provider really didn't explain anything.

The best customer service, on every level, I have had at Gundersen. Other departments could definitely learn from the people I had the privilege of working with today!
