Wow!!!!! Dr Morris was outstanding. She really listened to me and was very supportive. I have recently been diagnosed with a hard disease and she is the first medical professional that I felt really cared about me and my concerns. She is a gem. More people need to use palliative Care so they feel like they have a person in healthcare that really cares and takes the time to understand your situation.

I find Dr. Morris to be extremely efficient and compassionate. One of my daughters accompanied me to my appt. and said how talking to Dr. Morris made her feel hopeful for the future. I was impressed by the whole staff.

Mary always has read up on what my other appointments have been about, and ask me if they have been helpful. And, I appreciate that. I don't have to be prepared to do this myself and back up what I, what I have seen in other providers. She's always ready, and certainly willing to help me, and to deal with other providers or problems I might have had. Thank you very much Mary. I really appreciate it.

My appointment was set up for 1:00 p.m., and later information stated arrival time would be 12:45. It was a hardship to get there exactly at 12:45, but we were able to do it. However, when we arrived we had to sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes. It seemed obvious that nothing was going to happen during lunch hour. A nursing assistant finally came for me at 1:00. I have severe chronic pain and the extra waiting time greatly added to my discomfort.
