Amazingly caring staff! They made me feel cared about from start to end of appointment. They also went out of their way to schedule next visits which has been a frustrating experience due to the lack of availability of appointments in the system. Wow is all I can say after a very tough month health wise!

Dr. Ringstrom and his nurses are the best! Love going to checkups, check-in woman was possibly new she seemed overwhelmed and kind of short with us. The guy who checked us out and scheduled followup was an absolute treat to deal with. Thank you all!

I originally was directed to wrong building. Arriving was a bit difficult, but all was well once I made it to correct office

I don't recommend places things movies restaurants I let them make up their own mind in things I wish appointments could last longer than 20 mins especially when there are a lot of stuff going on with health and things to talk about. I appreciate everyone at Gundersen but I have to admit some times I feel like a number not a person and that I'm at a fast food restaurant with how each and every time I get rushed out of appointment. It never used to be like that.

The waiting area is too small! No seats available when I arrived! Felt way too crowded!

I was impressed with Doctor Ringstrom's interest in attempting to inform me of all the pros and cons to consider when deciding to move forward with a cochlear implant.

My only complaint is that the physician told me that I essentially might have a benign brain (or brain adjacent) tumor that is causing hearing loss in my left ear and he told me I need an MRI to know for sure if I have it or not. However, he did not tell me the name of this potential condition. It is obviously acoustic neuroma (vestibular schwannoma), which I had to learn on my own. I have a Ph.D and it is not like that information would be wasted on me, but I realize that I could have asked. This information is important to me insofar as it can help me make more informed decisions.

Dr. Ringstrom has a wonderful bed side manner and Andrea is just as wonderful.

The waiting room is way to small. There where 3 people standing and 3 families sitting on the floor. If I would not have been in my wheelchair I would if had to sit in the floor. It is like this every time I have an appointment. I thought that this waiting room issue would have been fixed with the recent Renovation but not only was it not fixed I think this new waiting room is smaller than what they had before any renovations started.

Never can say enough good about Dr Ringstrom and his team! KUDOS!

Dr. Ringstrom has always been genuine and careful when treating my child. He is always willing to see her whenever. This was one of those cases. Even though he saw her last week, this was urgent and he was able to squeeze her in.

Dr. Ringstrom worked me into his busy schedule and was very kind during sinus procedure. Always a pleasure working with Andrea, who is a very caring and professional nurse. I feel very fortunate to receive this quality care and to have found a skilled ENT surgeon.

The doctor was timely, and appeared knowledgeable and that he seemed to care. Really liked him overall; felt he was not judgmental; provided options and expectations and his clinical assessment for recommendations.

From reception. The nurse was amazing and the doctor was amazing. He definitely knows how to work with children and help them and I was so impressed. I've never had a doctor visit. Go so well and her response so well the nurse and the doctor were both absolutely amazing and of course check in went extremely well also thank you.
