The check in experience was ok - but the lady was new- and didn't know the codes and then did have to make some phone calls. She then had me fill out something that said I would pay the difference if my insurance didn't pay, but my insurance paid last time doing the first two teeth - so I'm not sure why it wouldn't this time? I was left wondering if she was putting it in correctly into the computer? I know codes can make a difference. She was nice - but It was kind of a weird interaction since she didn't seem like she knew what to do?

Dr Cineus was an amazing provider!! She instantly made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and made sure all my questions were answered. I ended up having a small procedure done that I wasn't expecting that have done that day. I was extremely nervous, but she helped ease my mind and explained things very well.

Would have liked to know ahead of time what that doctor wanted to do. I came early and had to sit for 45 mins and then see the doctor for 2 mins and can't do nothing until the other process is done first.

The team was very nice and professional. Even when getting a tooth pulled is nerve wrecking. They brought me into home base with ease and then I went along with my day.

My doctor seemed quite rushed and I wasn't able to ask many questions about my after care. I ended up having to call the front desk with a list of questions after my appointment, because my doctor was already on her phone texting and opened the door for me to leave before I was able to ask anything. Front desk receptionist and nurse was super nice though.

My son was thrilled that he got to pick his music to listen to!

Surgeon needs to be better at greeting patients not treating them like a number on a sheet. I get he has so many a day but treat every patient like it's one of your own family.

They put me under dental and I don't know why? Since it was a fractured nose and eye I don't have dental insurance So I hope I'm not charged for that!!!

Was disappointed with how long I waited. I was to be there at 9:45--which we were. Didn't get called back to see nurse/Dr until 10:20.

The Dr was kind and we had a lovely conversation that involved both of our lives in just the right way. Making connections makes visits more comfortable and compassionate.

We were referred by the dentist for a frenectomy. When we got there we were told the procedure was unnecessary because our daughter was not old enough, needed to lose more teeth, and to try braces first. So had there been better communication between the dentist and the doctor(s) we wouldn't have had to waste our time and gas. Now we will most likely be getting a bill for seeing 4 different people for an appointment that wasn't needed in the first place and that insurance probably won't cover.

Dr.Cineus was awesome I loved her. And her side partner was awesome also. They did everything to get me through and always said how good I was doing as my veins are shot from past drug use they gave me gas instead which the lady let me squez her finger while getting shots I hope her fingers ok lol. They were all great didn't have to take any Tylenol or any thing for pain my mouth never hurt yet thank u guys soo much

The amount of time we waited in the waiting room was excessive. We waited over 20 minutes.

Oral surgery department was running behind and I was forced to miss my 2nd appointment for a yearly wellness exam , however these things happen and the staff was very courteous trying to accommodate for the time and get me into another appointment slot.

They changed her plan of treatment without letting me know prior to getting to appt, without notifying me. We wasted a whole day and trauma to an already traumatized child, only to have to schedule for the OR. Had they let me know they would not do IV sedation in clinic with her I would have cancelled the appt and said to schedule her for the OR. This is very poor on the providers part! Did they note review her notes/medical history prior to her appt?!?!?

I felt so comfortable and at ease the whole appointment, which quite the feat since they were all up in my mouth taking measurements. Honestly, it was a great experience and all of the folks working were so kind.

Yes, doctor was very pleasant. I would ... someday she's probably going to be pulling all my teeth out. But we were talking the implants and we didn't talk about cost. But she said she can do them for me so that's the only thing I didn't really asked was the cost on the four implants but they probably got to go through a dentist. And she was going to give me dentist information, but I told her I wanted to go to Mexico and get it all done for 7000. Alright, thank you.

Everyone made me feel comfortable. And it was a good experience. Other than the extended wait everything went perfectly.
