Over the last 20 years I have been getting medical attention from military doctors. This was my first civilian clinic visit and I was extremely impressed! Everyone treats you like a person, very friendly, and you can tell they listen to your needs. Thank you!!!

Given my history in this department I had anxiety going into this appointment and was not able to get into my regular provider. Maggie was amazing. I was extremely comfortable with her. She responded to my same day results immediately as well as my question. The next day I even recommended her to some colleagues (I work in dialysis for Gundersen) because I was so impressed with the level of care given by her and had not previously experienced this in this department. If at all possible please let her know that it, it hard to find someone to feel comfortable with for things other than "pregnancy" stuff and she truly was amazing. Also the fact that I did not have to sit around and wait and was able to get in and out was a blessing! I do understand that providers get busy but sometimes as patients I think we feel overlooked in this area. I work full time, go to school full time and have three children. So this was also very important to me as it seemed to be to her as well. I will hopefully be continuing to see her and recommending her to anyone that asks!

My experience with the nurses, midwife and reception staff has been great. They have answered all my questions and let me know in detail what my next steps are. I enjoy working with them. The only negative experience was with the financial counselor. We felt rushed. I didn't understand the purpose of this meeting and was not sure what I should be discussing with him. He went over the information very quickly. We were in and out of his office in 5 minutes.

Maggie kindly got me in the morning after I called with concerns about my loss of pregnancy symptoms and was able to check on our baby and ensure a strong heartbeat.
