We absolutely love Dr. Peterson and the ENT team at Gundersen. From the regular check ups to the ear infections and needing drops at random times throughout the year, Dr. Peterson and his team have been nothing but accommodating and caring.

I felt heard and seen as an advocate for my child. My child was seen as well. Dr. Peterson explained things in a priority and severity manner that was understandable. He also explained how to connect after the appointment and what else to look for. Much appreciated!

When we arrived to the appointment the waiting room was full and we had to stand as there was not an open spot for myself and my daughter. The remodeling was nice as that floor needed it but the waiting room is to small.

Appointments was on time. Dr Peterson was thorough and I felt confident with his care plan.

Doctor Peterson was very personable and said he will do his best to get me the care that I need and will fight with insurance company if needed.

Experience with staff and professionals was great! It would be helpful though, if that very busy waiting room area had access to more than one public family bathroom way down the end of the hall. I know that may be a building constraint, so hard to facilitate.

I would have liked to hear from dr. What was done, and what to expect during recovery.

Provider has a friendly beside manner with both parents and child.

I have four kids and have seen Dr. Peterson a few times. He always treats us with kindness and is very knowledgeable in his expertise. He's a great provider!

Doctor Luke is the real deal...he knew exactly what my issues were and he set up appmts. to help with them...he was very professional and definitally knows his feild...I would reccomend him anytime!

Gundersen needs to replace the chair that I had to sit in for at least three hours.! Very uncomfortable for this type of surgery!

The waiting room for this department is terrible. The configuration makes it so only one wheelchair patient can get into it, but any others must stay in the check-in/check-out area. The staff were nice and helpful.

After my daughter's clinic visit, she could be scheduled for her tonsillectomy in just 3 weeks in Hillsboro. This mama is glad there will be excellent staff and a short drive home on surgery day!
