I had a great experience. I was nervous about getting hearing aids, but my second visit went so well. Everything was explained thoroughly how to care for my hearing aids, and Dr. Hoffman was wonderful. I've heard sounds that I didn't realize I was missing. I'm so glad I decided to get them at Gundersen.

Very informative and focus on me

Lindsay was great she was extremely helpful in getting me started with my Osia 2 Bone Conduction Implant. Everything was explained and all my questions answered. It was a very good visit with Lindsay--as always.

Dr. Hoffman was most attentive and explained every step of the process. I certainly trust her and her expertise.

Dr. Hoffman is excellent. I had trouble with new hearing aids hurting me. I had to wait 3-4 months to get appointment. That appointment did not solve my problem so had to wait months again. Still trying to get problem solved.

Doctor Hoffman is seriously the best. She is so amazing with our kids. She does such an amazing job of treating them like a person and walking them through the exam in a way to build up there understanding. She is one of the best doctors I've had at Gundersen and I wouldn't use anyone else for my kids hearing.
