This provider is a gem, take good care of her.

Dr. Klingbeil and her whole team I have been working with through this cat bite have been amazing. I will say I felt the surgery protocol is more controlled and taken more serious in Lax than Winona. I felt in Lax they paid more attention to me, made sure all my needs or wants were met, checked in frequently or were always close by. In Winona I felt more shut in a room secluded and wonder if they remembered I was there type of scenario. The staff was still nice, but I just felt Lax was much more tentative and on the ball. Otherwise Dr. K has worked very hard trying to save my finger and has been thorough and understanding as this whole process has been very frustrating and way longer than any of us had planned initially.

She was a great provider. Got right to what I needed.

They all were very nice and assuring especially with how nervous I was about I was and the concern and care given when close to passing out was exceptional.

The staff were very friendly and caring, not because it's their job, they went out of their way with compassion and care for me.

Dr. Klingbeil is an absolute gift. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities have been challenged by my clumsy body a time or two now and the outcomes have been great! Beyond that though is her ability to also just shine through as a good person.

Dr Klingbeil listened to me and was willing to do what I want. I am afraid of needles and want to be put under for the procedure. I also don't want to do the traditional carpal tunnel surgery and she explained the alternative, which is what I want. She said she would do her best to make that happen. She put me at ease.

parking is very difficult for your facility

The doctor made me wait one half hour after my appointment time when I get there early. The nurse said it might be five to ten minutes. They never apologize for keeping us waiting.

My Dr was very knowledgeable, explained my options and recommended a cortisone to start with for relief and hopefully I will not need surgery. But she explained the recovery after surgery if the shot doesn't help. So far the shot seems to be working. Very pleasant and concerned Dr.

Dr Laura Klingbeil listened carefully about my concerns and asked appropriate questions about my PT and other incidents causing pain. She expertly injected Cortisone into my affected areas with the insertion technique of a mosquito
