Our discussion provided information about my condition, options and medications . I was relieved to have my problem and options explained in detail and especially to have a plan in place to best manage the pain. Going forward, I trust this provider's judgement and felt comfortable with her.

This applies to ALL appointment visits: It reminds me of when I was in school and the teacher as she was conversing with the students she would highlight on the board things of importance. Why isn't there someone taking notes as the conversation is happening? Such as a transcriptionist, not everyone hears or remembers everything that is discussed. This is especially true when you are seeing so many different doctors or nurse practitioners. It just makes sense to me.

Would love to have a real TV in the waiting room rather than the screen that repeats the same pictures over and over and over. Other departments have them as far as I know.
