All the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Dr. Hardy is truly the best doctor as I always feel comfortable talking with her. She listens to any questions or concerns I have, explains things if needed and always friendly, professional and an absolute wonderful doctor!!

They need to do something about parking. Rarely do you get to park in the lot. I don't like parking on the street in front of someone's house. And I'm sure they don't appreciate it either.

It was a good doctor appointment. I have a little white coat syndrome ( BP) always high at office visits. My Dr. prescribed a new rx, I am not happy about the cost just short of 400 $. The experience was what I expected.

My Dr. Dr Hardy, always takes all the time I need to explain everything to me. Answer all my questions and allows me to feel like I'm a big part of my Healthcare decisions and choices. I'm very happy with both Gundersen and Dr Hardy ?

Most thorough exam with helpful suggestions and helped me feel comfortable with the knowledge Dr. Hardy provides. I like the nurse call before the Dr. appointment to help focus on primary issues.

I didn't feel like the physician had enough time for me. She didn't answer my questions was very quick to dismiss my questions.

Dr. Kimberly Hardy was not my usual primary provider however she made my appointment go very smoothly. She talked with me through the whole appointment as if I knew her for a very long time, that made me feel more comfortable and at ease. I really appreciate that.

Dr Hardy has always been very good at listening to what help I need. She was extra supportive when I got hurt and another provider brushed it off. Dr Hardy set up the necessary tests to figure out exactly what needed to be done (surgery was needed). The whole time she was watching to make sure I didn't fall between the cracks. After surgery her follow up was very helpful to help me get through all the stress of life when you are dealing with a longer recovery. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a caring doctor!!!

At each visit, I usually come in with written down issues that I feel need to be addressed. Dr. Hardy has always taken the time to address each of these issues , listens to my concerns. Compromises are sometimes the answer.

I'm always on a tight schedule as I make my doctor appointments over my lunchtime. It's difficult when I don't get seen on time.
