I liked that surgery was going to happen pretty quick after the appointment.

Dr. Rumball is very good at educating the patient as to the procedure and possible options for treatment. His demeanor is very reassuring. He and his nurse work very well together.

He provided information re. treatment options. Moreover, he asked me my opinion of how these medical approaches best met my needs. I cannot imagine another medical professional doing a better job. What a methodical, thorough and caring individual he is!

No one listens to me about stuff so they need to listen to the patient more

Physician explained the procedure well and the plan of care.

I waited almost 45 minutes from my appointment time to be seen by MD. He thought I was there for a second opinion but I had already been seen by PA and the message I received was he was unsure of where to go from there. So I am paying to see two people. The information I received I felt could have come from person A. Dr Rumball is unique in his approach so I allowed for that, being so, made the appointment lengthy, again I will pay for. I also needed to stop him from talking so that I could give him what I felt was important information, while he asked some questions I felt was not necessary or applicable to my situation. I have been directed to see other providers almost routinely, while wondering why so many do not have the information themselves. Not complex problems. I am frustrated and angered by this constant scenario and money grab! So disappointed in Gundersen.

I arrived at 7:40 for my 8am appt (my reminder said 7:45). I was promptly brought into the exam room at 8:00. The nurse told me I was his first patient and he would be in as soon as he arrived. It was 8:24. I work during the day, I was hoping to be at work before 9. If I am expected to arrive 15 minutes early for my appt, the doctor should also arrive 15 minutes before his first patient.

I'm not sure we were on the same page when discussing my problems.

Everyone treated me very nicely and as usual Dr. Rumball was the best!!

Dr. Rumball was a kind, considerate man. His quiet demeanor was comforting, as was his in-depth explanation of the reason for the difficulty I am experiencing with my hand. He is a very knowledgeable man who in lay man's terms educated me to my hand problem and what the course of treatment will be.

Dr Rumball was so patient with me. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one without rushing me.

Very pleasant experience. Things worked out better than I thought they would!
