Waiting room was packed with patients trying to check in. I waited 25 minutes trying to get checked in, not to mention my son is special needs and very impatient. Definitely not a good experience! Doctors and nurses were great as always but something needs to be done at the front desk

Alway kind and understanding

I want to thank the staff for being so patient and understanding with my son. He is definitely not a fan, at all of nasal swabs, and he was not afraid to let each and every person know this. The staff was amazing with their techniques and assistance with getting the job done successfully. Thanks to them, we have answers and a plan to get him feeling better.

Dr. Howell is amazing. She's a wonderful listener, she's incredibly kind and friendly. My kids loved her, I love her. And all the staff is really polite and kind, and it's a really great office and practice. We're happy to be there.

I am extremely frustrated with the online questionnaire from his teacher. She has now sent it in twice, screenshot me the confirmation, and it's just lost in space on Gundersen's end. I also asked prior to our appointment if the questionnaire was received and heard no response. The purpose of this appointment was primarily adhd assessment and because of Gundersen's poor communication, we weren't able to discuss the full picture. Thankfully, Dr. Howell was fantastic at accommodating.
