Katy answered all my questions and did an excellent job of explaining my options and in easy terms that I could understand. I really appreciated the way she listened to me. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I feel very comfortable with her. I'm so happy my husband and I go here for our health care. Thank you to all your employees.

It was very uncomfortable to meet my provider for the very first time while sitting on the exam table undressed from the waist down in preparation for a Pap smear. The provider should have come in the room to meet me and chat prior to me being prepared for this Pap smear.

Katy is judgemental, nonepathetic and portrays she does not care about my wellbeing, physically, mentally or emotionally.

I wish when I was going in for my annual physical that I would get a clear message to come in early for my labs so that any results from the blood work could be discussed with the provider.

I could use for gundersen winona to support allergy shots.

Girl who did BP left, shared she would be back in 5 or 10 minutes...was close to 20. "oh, I forgot about you"

I waited over an hour before the provider appeared to see me. That's too long to wait for what only took about 10 minutes.

The experience with staff/provider was excellent. Unfortunately I had to wait an 25 minutes to be roomed, spent 5 minutes with the MA, and then waited another 25 minutes to see the provider. This was somewhat offset by the quality of the personal interactions but not forgotten. It is unacceptable that you take an hour from my work day (with no contact/interaction from staff) and make me wait on you. My visit cost me 1hr 50 minutes and only 45 minutes were spent with a human that was of value. How about Gundersen pay me for my "wait" time?

The doctor that I have does a very good job I'm very well satisfied. She listens to what I have to say and gives me some definite answers how to take care of my health. Very grateful for this person.

Waited 45 minutes for the provider to come in, she seemed unhappy, upset, etc. Maybe it was because she was running late, but she didn't need to be upset with me, I feel I am a very easy going patient.

Staff was very willing to listen to personal issues with my husbands health concerns. Offered extra support if needed.

This was first visit with Katy so we are both getting to know each other and learning my family history. She's patient, she explained alot as I have new medical issues to deal with. Things I don't understand. I really appreciate the patience in helping me understand what my problem is, how to deal with it and what new meds I have to take and what they will do.

I don't have to nor will I tolerate a condescending attitude, especially when it comes from my health care provider. All the other staff were extremely caring, helpful and treated me with the utmost respect.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my provider to even come in my room to see me. I think this is very disrespectful to your patients to be this late. When she did come in her mood was like it was a burden maybe she was having a bad day but the patient should not have to pay the price

Everyone at clinic is happy and outgoing. PA Katy Anthony is a gem. I trust her completely with my health care.

Love the convenience of setting up my other appointments before I left the clinic. Glad to hear that the Winona site now has a GI lab. Looking forward to the day Winona also offers 3D imaging machines.

I went there and was told my doctor wasn't in due to family emergency. Other guy with kid didn't get seen either. I was there for an hour. Why not get told at front desk?

Katy was very thorough and I appreciated that.

She was behind already and it was only 9am. I was there for 1 hour for a medication refill and to establish care. I only wanted a medication refill for a prescription I have been on for years and she made me make an appointment which was not worth my time to have to wait that long. I asked for a virtual visit and that wasn't allowed. I was warned by other people who have been seen by her that she is always running late.

It was strange as the provider seemed uncomfortable saying I had cancer, and never said I had CLL. Once she just vaguely gestured at her chest instead of using words for it. She thought it would affect my asthma. I had to tell her no it doesn't, I have too many white blood cells. I said more than once how it had been a very difficult spring for me emotionally with all the tests and uncertainty going on for for 7 months and she never acknowledged that. I'm not certain she is the best provider for me. But she is the third one in 4 years at Gundersen here and it's become tiresome. I need a solid patient/dr relationship.

Katy was so thorough and in no rush. Very opposite to experiences I had at Winona Health.

I'm trying to get some health history in my records. I don't see an option on the website to message my provider except for the 4 preset bullets. The phone options also don't seem to have an option to talk with someone in records either. Frustrating

Would like to be able to get 3D mammogram at the Winona clinic.

Other than waiting close to an hour for my appointment it was an excellent experience. Katy made sure my questions were answered and I understood everything we talked about

I view medical appointments as a collaborative experience. The choice of treatments is obviously mine, and professional input informs my decision, but does not mandate a certain option.

My care was excellent! Katy Anthony was so good talking things through. I finally found someone who shows she cares. Excellent!!!!

We recently transferred from Winona health and the records transfer was poor. I assume Winona health is to blame.

I'm very happy with the doctor I have the PA I have actually.

Katy Anthony has zero respect for other people. She only has patients due to a demand because of lack of providers. She talks down to and does not care about her patients. Very sad!

Very relaxing visit, as I'd want it to be. I felt like my care provider remembered things from a year ago, even though my chart was pulled up.

Katy Anthony is an excellent provider.... She listens, easy to talk with and felt she really spent time with me!
