Katie is amazing! She's incredibly thorough , she doesn't miss a detail. And she also goes above and beyond, offering help with another issue I needed tending to (which I didn't realize at the time). I will ask for her again when I need to get in for a health care issue. She's an absolute treasure in Family Practice!

PA Bluske was very courteous, professional and attentive. Although time-limited she addressed virtually all my health concerns. I was very reassured as a result of this appointment with her.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The PA I saw was professional and listened to what I said. She explained things well and was easy to talk with.

Both the nurse and doctor did a great job with flushing my ear and making me hear well again. Thank you!

My medical issue was delt with accordingly and what a relief! PA Bluske was very professional and Gundersen is fortunate to have her amongst their other Fine medical professionals. Well Done !.

I think Kathryn Bluske did a very thorough job with my care. First of all, they got me in the same day I sent a MyChart message. Since this was my second UTI in a month, she spent a good amount of time deciding which antibiotic would be best for me. She also ordered a follow-up urinalysis to make certain it was gone this time. I would definitely see her again.

First of all, I want to thank Gundersen for taking such good care of me. The doctor was really, very professional. She was very thorough. She listened to me and I was able to express what I was feeling, what my problem was, the technician that did the actual procedure was especially, especially good. She treated me just very gently. It did not hurt at all like it has in other years. So I just want to perceive my appreciation and thankfulness to everybody there.

P.A. Bluske was awesome. Great awareness and kindness. Extremely good personality. Yet very professional but not to serious which made me feel at ease.

It was GREAT!

I already knew that I had plantar fasciitis because the pain was exactly like multiple people that I know who said that was exactly what I had - but instead of allowing me to go directly to podiatry, I had to first come see a general practice PA, who said that is exactly what I had. So I had to wait several more days, limp around at work and wait to see a podiatrist. What a waste.

I don't agree with the steps taken in diagnosis, I feel the direction was a bit exuberant, especially when you are talking thousands of dollars as its a 50/50 shot/guess. Felt some rush in the process which makes you feel unsure. Overall it was a good experience and was seen quickly.

Katie was kind and helpful with unknown problems.

As always this provider listens and goes through everything thorough to determine what she can do to help. If ever any questions she will answer. She always does a great job and I would never hesitate for myself for kids to see her.

This is the second time I've seen Kathryn and I was pleasantly surprised that she recognized me from my prior visit! For me, whenever I come into the doctor's office it's because an issue has persisted for a long time and I'm super nervous. Kathryn does a superb job of easing any nerves. She is delightful and pleasant in the way she talks to you. She gave her full attention to any and all concerns I mentioned, which was very nice considering some of my issues didn't pertain to why I was seeing her. She was thorough in trying to find the answer to my issue and did an amazing job explaining everything she though. Overall, I was very happy to see Kathryn and would highly recommend her to anyone!

I felt very dismissed when talking about my struggle with weight

I love how I'm treated at here. For the first time in my life I feel very heard EVERY time I'm here by every person I am seen by. I also love that I am not ignored because I'm a woman, young, or overweight. The root cause of my health issues are always searched for without dismissing me over surface appearances.

Katie listened in an unhurried manner, even though I know the morning had been very hectic. We started the appointment slightly late (I had been notified by the MA that she was a little behind), but Katie did not skimp on the time she spent with me.

The PA had a very reassuring manner and kept me informed of what the procedure entailed. She let me know that I should ask questions if I had any. I felt very relaxed. I would give her an A+ for her medical skills and her patient skills.

What I have is difficult to treat it seems. But I was given a couple of options and I was called the next day to set an appointment for further care. All good.

Dr. Bluske is quick, efficient and communicates well. I like her!
