Dr.Wilson is wonderful. He's so encouraging, patient and kind and our daughter loves going to see him. He's wonderful with kids and has made this process easier.

Wow!! Justin went the extra mile for me in a unique situation. Other staff jumped in to help balance my needs with the next patient, which tells me he is likely to do the same for others. I am so very appreciative!!

Justin Wilson was probably one of the most through, friendly, and caring providers I have ever seen. He took his time to get to know me and what my problems with tinnitus might be stemming from. He did a very through exam, explaining what he was looking for with each different test. In the end he told me what he observed, and then took more time to dive deeper into what might be causing my issues, as nothing showed up on the tests (which was a good thing). Highly recommend this provider.

Please consider having technician replacing flex tubes, between hearing aids and ear molds, do fitting and adjustment in presence of patient, and have the audiologist check for correct alignment and fit. Thank you !

The technician that worked with me on fixing the wires on my hearing aids did an exceptional job and gave me some clues as to how I can put the end of devices on the microphones. Justin was great and the appointment was good. The upstairs receptionist and the nurse who took me back both seemed to be bothered by having a patient. Not rude, but certainly not friendly.

I guess I would like to say, I thought that I was going to see Dr. Wilson in person, and instead it was his technician, and so I was a little disappointed about that because I had some questions about my hearing aid about it. It needed to be louder and she could not do that. So, I guess when I make my appointment in the future, I'm going to have to say will Dr. Wilson be there. Thank you.

Got a good and thorough explanation about my hearing loss, reasons for it, potential mitigation to stop further loss and a proper tutorial on tinnitus.

The receptionist downstairs where I registered, never left the department that I was visiting the Audiology Department to that I was there. I waited 30 minutes or more the provider was excellent and felt real bad and Sorry, but an upstairs receptionist caught the error that they never registered me in even though I was there waiting.

Dr. Wilson was just wonderful. He did an excellent job making my daughter feel very comfortable. He also did an excellent job meeting her needs as well as mine as the mother.
