He was so personable and nice to work with. It's too bad that he is leaving and retiring.

I have an hour's drive each way...appointment was at 2:45. It was almost 30 minutes before I saw the doctor. Made for a longer drive home. But still appreciated.

Your provider did not give a hoot about other issues that I had. He told me to look it up on the phone or look in the library. He didn't really care to interest me. He didn't seem to have any empathy. I'm not sure why I even saw him because he's only the middle guy. I need to speak to the surgeon, not him. So if you have any other questions, fine. Otherwise, his voice is pleasant, but he didn't answer my question. He blew me off like a fly on a windshield. Thank you. Bye.

I will miss Dr. Endrizzi tremendously . He is kind, calming and incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly skilled. He is humble and never seemed to be in a hurry even though he was! He helped me find improvement in my daily living and was there in several emergent situations when surgery was required. He never let you leave an appointment without asking if you understood the plan of treatment. Always guided you through procedures step by step and with great respect. I'm quite certain I'm not the only patient that will express their sadness in not having him as their partner in their healthcare.

I have been struggling with IC/BPS for several years. This was the first time I ever left a doctors appointment about it feeling hopeful about a healthcare provider who talked to me about it. I had heard the doctor was the number one specialist in the area, and I understand why. It was an excellent experience.

I think he was not only extremely kind and generous in the way that he listened to what was going on with me, he also relieved a lot of concerns and doubts with what was going on with me presently and my experience with another provider in in the Gundersen system. So I had a lot of doubts and concerns of what was going on with my care and he allied those fears. Thank you.

There was an excessive amount of wait time between seeing the first nurse to seeing the Dr. to doing the procedure and to discussing the results with the Dr. My appointment was 1:30. I was taken to the first exam room at 1:25. Didn't see the surgeon until 2:00. Went to the surgical area to be prepped for the procedure. Prep time was about 10 minutes. About 25 minutes later the surgical team came in. Procedure was done and I was taken back to the waiting room. Waited another 25 minutes for surgeon to come discuss results. Appointment lasted 2 hours.

Dr. Endrizzi is an excellent, caring and amazing health provider!!

Dr. Endrizzi was absolutely wonderful! He listened, dealt with my concerns in a professional manner, added humor, and genuinely gave us the confidence we needed to pursue the issue without surgery.

Experience was awesome, except Dr Endrizzi said he was retiring, And we really like him and hope to get another doctor with the same personality as him. Always find a doctor you like and trust and then they leave.

Simply outstanding. All those involved were professional and personal. I was pleased to see how well they were training new staff during my procedure.

I wish there was a map of the hospital online to help figure out where I going before arrival.

- I saw my provider 40 min after my appt time. - my dr came in bewildered and basically "rushed" through my visit. - I have seen this provider before and really enjoyed my previous visits w/ him. Today, he was overwhelmed.

I felt that Dr. Endrizzi was the first provider who had read my history and recommended a drug that will helpfully help with my problems with my overactive bladder. Previously the nurses would just tell me to "drink more water", which only made my problem worse.

Dr Endrizzi is a very skilled surgeon but he is also kind and compassionate! A rare combination!

Appointment was delayed 3 hours as.Doctor eas performed emergency surgery on patient with a town bladder. Understandable delay!

When I arrived i was told Dr was an hour late due to emergency. No one called me earlier or I would have rescheduled as I have kids to pick up. My medical assistant was fine he did a good job. Then I was put in a room by myself to wait for the doctor. I sat there over an hour. No one came to check on me or give me an update. I finally left. I never saw the doctor plus a day later no one has called me with any results or info. Very very frustrated and disappointed at the level of unprofessional treatment I received or should say did not receive..

I thought that my appointment was in Onalaska and so I went up to Onalaska and or the office there and they said, no, it's in Lacrosse. So Dr. Endrizzi and his staff were phenomenal. They, they saw me even after my time, they were able to fit me in, and, and it was a great visit. So, thank you so much.

Scheduling the initial appointment after the prior medical provider left the department was not timely

Th Urology Department at Gundersen Health is "Above and Beyond." Absolutely the best. Everyone treats me like I'm the only patient they have. Dr. Endrizzi is one in a million. So grateful for the excellent care I have received there over the years.
