Dr Binegar was attentive and gave options for my care

Dr. Binegar is a fine doctor and very thorough. He did more than the surgeon did after I had complaints about the pain after the surgery. Very kind man and good at what he does!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Binegar. I found him to be understanding and really seemed to care about helping me. I loved how thorough and comprehensive he was. I left his office feeling like he cared about me as a patient and really wants to help me feel better.

I waited in excess if six months to get this appointment! It was cancelled once and the wait time is definitely unacceptable for an appointment!!!!

Totally professional and skilled, bedside manner is the best. he listened and explained. His skills are so good that he should be asked to give a presentation to all staff on what great customer service is (which most of Gundersen does) Thanks for having him as a member of your staff

Once again, directions were to bring all medications with you. Not one person asked about my meds OR if anything had recently changed with meds. Sadly, this is repeated time and again within the Gundersen system. There is an expectation when one is trying to follow directions for care. This particular visit was a referral.

A bit of a disconnect. My primary asked if I wanted an injection. Yes, it was scheduled. I went in and the same person who has done multiple injections when I went in it was treated as an Office appt. Now I wait 2 more months.
