The provider seemed to be rushed-did not address all my concerns that were presented to the technician

Most of the diagnosis was done by the physician but the doctor check to make sure everything was going good and no more medical treatment was needed and if I needed any assistance with anything to contact him right away.

I am happy with the results.

Dr Purdue listened to me when I was adamant about the procedure i wanted and felt I needed. At the end he said he was glad that I spoke up and told him how I felt, and that it was good that I advocated for myself. He answered several questions I asked him and referred me to a surgeon. I really appreciated him taking the time and encouraging me to say how I really felt

I was informed that when ever I have a question, a problem or notice a change to my vision to just call and they will recheck my vision as soon as possible .

My appointment went from 2:00 to 3:45 pm I spent about a half hour in the exam room by my self I think Dr Purdue is being stretched pretty thin My exam did not last more than 10 minutes

after my initial examine I was put in the room for the doctor to see me but he had an emergency and I had to wait over 30 minutes but no one came in and told me that he was held up... I finally went out and asked........also I had three phone calls reminding me to fill this out at 6:30 pm at night... really I didnt need 3 phone calls.

There were issues with the lab about ordering new glasses. I was told that I would be contacted. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED !

Dr Purdue and his assistant were both very thorough and friendly with me. They explained everything about my appointment and made sure I understood and also knew what to do if I had issues in the future. The entire optical department was very friendly, kind, considerate and helpful.

I've been going to Dr. Purdue for a lot of years. He's always treated me as kind as it could be, and always looked after my good, my affair, my. All except not to my eyes and my, my future. I respect him and I really like him for my doctor, and a friend.

App't was scheduled for 2:30 pm. I was given exams/tests by Tech in a timely manner. I then had to wait quite a while before I saw the MD -- seemed like at least an hour. Noone indicated it would be awhile until being seen. Room was quite cool to be sitting there for some time. When MD came in it did not take him long to do eye exam -- only like 10-15 minutes. I got back out to my car at 4:06 pm!.

Hi, my appointment was really late that day because you were dealing with other people, so I feel that the technician just rushed through, so I'm not sure if I really got the true prescription for my glasses. So, I was little disappointed in that. I think they should take time with everybody to make sure that their prescription for the glasses is correct. That's why I will not get glasses because I don't think it's correct. Thank you.
