I will not see her again

I felt that this doctor was very impersonal. Just got a wrong feeling about her. After this visit I decided that I would not change my doctor that I have in the Onalaska clinic to come to the Tomah clinic which is closer for me.

Dr. Jill McMullen was amazing. At first I was scared meeting a new provider that I have not meet before. McMullen was very understanding and easy to talk to.

Dr. McMullen was very easy to talk to and used visuals to help explain the issue and course of action.

Excellent service and communication.

the nurse I talked to on the phone the day before did a good job of getting me an appointment so I could be seen.

I liked that my provider stated to stay at mayo and continue treatment there until complete. Rather than start new at Gunderson

I haven't had a doctor visit like that in a long time. She was fantastic, listened, and came up with a plan for my needs. The only downside is she doesn't take patients just takes care of overflow.

She didnt want to listen to everything but just the info regarding regarding that days appointment. She also gave me a prescription that made me very groggy.

The entire time I felt like the provider immediately thought she knew what it was and did not listen to me nor care about my symptoms I was experiencing. I felt like all she talked about was anxiety. She pushed it over and over and for the first time I actually cried after an appointment and felt so unheard. I received my blood work results that night and it was exactly what I told the provider what I thought it was, my iron levels were low. Even if she really thought it was anxiety, I think next time a better approach would be to WAIT until the blood work results came back. Very, very disappointed.

The doctor made me feel like my opinions did not matter.

Visit was quick and provider professional.

Didn't listen to how I feel about myself, no doctor knows how the person they are seeing feels, they only think that they know but they don't, they need to listen more when the person they are seeing, as to how that person feels, so that they can get treated with something that will help them to get better!

Waste of time, energy and money.

Dr McMullen made me feel stupid for making an appt for how I was feeling. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She was somewhat judgey and rude. She basically made me feel like I was overreacting. I never want to have her again and do not recommend her to anyone I know.

I feel that I wasn't given the medical treatment that I was requesting
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/22/2023
She was not my usual doctor. So she wasn't totally familiar with me but she had all my history on the computer and I guess I would recommend her. But then I'm not really familiar with her. But she was a good doctor and I really appreciate the fact that she was available when my doctor was not. But I am very pleased with the care that I get at Gunderson Health Clinic in Toma.

Dr. McMullen is the best and I miss her as my main provider!

I hate that every time I want to see my primary doctor I can't get in for months. So when I go see another doctor they only want to deal with the issue because they're not my primary doctor which is very frustrating. I'm thinking of going elsewhere and finding a doctor that doesn't have so many patients

The provider made my child feel uncomfortable. She came across dissatisfied with her job. I would not recommend this provider and felt her bedside manner was rude, off-putting and lacked compassion or empathy. My child expressed feelings of concerns and frustration after the appointment which was completely out of their character.

The doctor was not very profeffional
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/15/2023
The provider was kind, empathetic, and patient. She did not rush me or disregard my needs. She listened and took the time to educate me on my diagnosis.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/4/2023
Out of the time I was there she spent about 20 minutes with me the rest of the time I was waiting. She semmed to be in a hurry and I did not get to tell her everything that was going on with me. I am still having alot of health issues.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/2/2023
I still have not received my cat scan notice, let, to let me know when I'm going to have it or where the, what the status is with it. I shouldn't have to call him badger people to find this out.

Dr McMullen was very thorough and helpful as well as being quite personable. She answered all of my questions.

I would've had Dr. Mcmullen be my primary doctor if I could have, she was wonderful. Thank you.

Dr. McMullen listened to my concerns, helped create a plan to find the source of my issues, made sure I understood the whole process and was comfortable moving forward.
