My provider guided me in the right direction with my medication and was very professional and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend waukon Gundersen clinic to friends and family members.

My provider was booked out longer than I expected so I got an appointment with another provider. More than a month is a little long to wait for my usual provider.

She asked me about a urine test I said ok but never got the test! The intern was polite and did a sensitivity test on my feet, poor kid! Other than that it was good! The new medication was expensive and we didn't discuss that but my insurance covered it well!

Jenny really listened to me and gave me a couple different options for treatment. Always a pleasant experience when I see Jenny.

The only issue we have had with the Gunderson clinic in Waukon is that Jenny Stegen is our primary and it is so hard to get an appointment with her for things other than check ups. The others are great as well but Jenny knows our history so well. We have seen her since she first came to Waukon from Decorah. They all do their best to squeeze a person in but it doesn't work out. All the staff there are courteous and patient with clients. I have watched them with older persons as well as the disabled and they are treated as great as anyone else. Thank you for having a clinic here!!!
