Jennifer always cleans my earwax out in a gentle fashion. She is highly professional and personable.

Everything went well. Only concern I have is that after I was on 2 rounds of antibiotics over a 3 week span it took 6 weeks more to get an appointment. My sinus CT scan was 2 months old by the time I was seen. When I asked to be on a wait list, the scheduler put me on the wait list only for the PA that I was scheduled with. After 4 weeks and no call, I called and questioned them specifically about the wait list and was given that info, they then put me on a list of all otolaryngologists as I didn't care who I saw. Just disappointed that it took so long to get in.

I waited over an hour before seeing anyone as the front desk never told anyone.

Everyone was very courteous and professional and I got right in with no waiting.

It was difficult having to wait 2 weeks for the appointment because my symptoms were worrisome. It was a relief to be evaluated to find out there was nothing too serious.

The provider Jennifer Guinn was professional and personable. Solved my issue.

Jenni was great and so was the medical assistant. They were very pleasant, and treated me with dignity and respect. One of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had! Thank you!

Jennifer Guinn is professional, knowledgeable, understanding and a good listener. She asked me questions and answered all my questions. I feel I can contact her in the future when issues arise around the things discussed at this appointment. She gave me several things I can do differently going forward to help lessen symptoms I am experiencing.
