I am trying to coordinate VA funding for all procedures in the immediate future given I have Quartz high copays. Wish the providers caught original referral from VA for billing requests tru Community Care.

My appointment was productive due to the conscience staff at Gunderson.

Very satisfied with my appointment

He was very formative and very nice and the nurse was great, the doctor was great too. I really liked them both.

Discussion revolved around the 'Level readings' of my PSA compared to previous years. Considering my age, the lack of other reasons, we decided not to do more tests unless the readings start going up. The PA did decide to write prescription for another drug to assist my frequency complaint, and we will compare results in 90 days. Thanks

I had to wait approximately 15 MONTHS for this appointment. You definitely need to hire more people in Urology department!

One comment. After being checked in my the nurse I did have to wait a very long time to be seem by the provider. I was told they were running behind but I waited for over 45 minutes.

This appointment could have been easily conducted by phone or zoom call.

Everyone at Gundersen is helpful and pleasant to talk to, no long waits in the lobby, so much of an improvement from the 1980's when it was Lacrosse Lutheran.

Very professional, and right on time.

I waited for 12 monthes for an appointment only to find out that you don't even do what i came in for.

Wait times on getting appointment was about a year. Glad it wasn't for anything too serious.

Everything went very, very well. I had some fear going into it stemming from other biopsies I had done by the VA, but everything went smoothly except for the infection afterward. I don't know that I certainly didn't care for that, but you know the infection is always a possibility.

My experiences at Gundersen have been great.

Excellent post op visit. He reminded me that he saw me the day of my discharge, 3 months ago. He was very good in explaining to me and my wife about my options if I needed more follow up care. Professional and very caring .

Doctor Wise was truly above his game as usual, And his staff was excellent too, I actually look forward to seeing him. Thank you, thank you.

James Wise and the medical staff were very compassionate and made me feel more at ease during a procedure that is unavoidably uncomfortable. I was very nervous, but they were so kind to me and it made a world of difference. I can't overstate how much I appreciated their patience, thoughtfulness, and care. They are what you always hope medical professionals will be. And when I had a question after the procedure, I received a prompt reply through MyChart the same day from James. My care during this visit was exceptional and I'm grateful Gundersen employs such wonderful people.

The staff was very professional in and treated me, treated me well and the doctor was top notch. I would recommend Guttering Urology to anybody.

My whole experience with the Urology department from my first visit, thru surgery, and my post visit was excellent. Once I was able to get an appointment ( which did take a little time) everyone listened to my concerns and appropriate action was taken.

Excellent across the board, including my experience through emergency and surgery for my stone. For a department experiencing short handed issues, as many are, the staff is doing very well under difficult settings. As far as the individual issue of shorthandedness of staff, I have no answer for that. Otherwise, no complaints, and I can say well done, to all those who took care of me!?

I had the urology appointment earlier in the year however my provider changed positions. Unfortunately this required a rescheduling which ended up with my appointment being delayed by 4+ months. It is getting more difficult to schedule appointments with preferred providers regardless of discipline.

He is awesome and so personable!! Has such a caring personality!

I have always liked Gundersen

My appointment said to arrive at 10:15. I arrived at 10:05 to make sure I was early for my appointment. I sat waiting and was finally called back at 10:45. At the room on an dry erase board it said my appointment was at 11:00. I was not happy having to spend all that time in the waiting room. I understand having people arrive 15 minutes before their appointment but having people arrive 45 minutes before their appointment is unnecessary and wasting my time when I could have been doing other things.

I was pretty nervous about my visit but everyone was very friendly and professional. Turns out I didn't need to worry.

I am a veteran with VA coverage however Wabasha Gundersen has decided to charge me full price for a CT scan when it should have been paid by the VA at a 90% discount. I would please like this to be addressed.

You do a very good job of providing info on my condition and how you are treating it.

James Wise, P.A., is very professional and, at the same time, communicates genuine care. I was grateful for the way in which he carried out the biopsy procedure. Also, the nurses who assisted him were thorough in their explanations and caring in their manner.

Was seen in timely manner. All staff were kind. James was knowledgeable, listened to me, and did a great job of explaining everything to me.
