Dr. Munn took the time to look back on my chart to get a better sense of who I was as a patient. I visited Dr. Munn because he was the first available doctor who could see me with my Vertigo symptoms. Even though I wasn't a current patient of his, he took the time to ask questions to get a better sense of my medical problem. I felt as cared for as I would with my primary care doctor.

This Dr didn't even know what some of my meds were. All he did was talk about the fact that I'm on so many meds he wasn't sure what he could do for me. I was told by the ER Dr that I needed to see my Dr in the next week. I could get an appointment in a month. So they gave me Dr. Munn.

Saw Dr. Munn following an ER visit the week before as my primary wasn't available for a couple weeks. He was very nice and explained things well.

I asked if I should wear the arm brace at night and the Dr said it's a personal preference ? My questions were not fully answered. I wanted to get a CT test and he said I had to see a specialist. I am frustrated that I spent $222 and waited 1/2 hour for a doctor who has to refer me to another Dr.

Yes, I was very, very impressed with Dr. Munn. He took a lot of time with me. He explained a lot of things to me. I also was impressed with the the registration clerk who took extra time with me. My whole experience in coming to that appointment was above and beyond, thank you.

Prompt, very empathetic, professional from entering the clinic until I left. This is the way delivery of medical care should be done. It is what I have come to expect from the Onalaska IM group and I've never been disappointed.

Grateful, to have Dr. Munn as a go to like my primary .. he just seems to be open when I'm so sick .. I feel clumsy ( just because of his gender , I embarrass easily). He reads my history throughly and gives me the care I need.

Dr. Munn was very patient and spent time trying to figure the best way to treat my infected cuticle which I'd been dealing with for a month. After 2 rounds of oral antibiotics and a topical antibiotic cream, the infection had not gone away. I had suggested to my primary dr. that it could possibly be a fungal infection. But she thought it was MRSA and put me on the 2nd oral antibiotic. This was all based on photos and conversations with the nurse in My Chart. Since the 2nd oral antibiotic didn't work, it was recommended I see a dr. in person in Internal Medicine. Dr. Munn was the first opening that was available. Dr. Munn thought it was a fungal infection. He prescribed a fungal cream. In 24 hours, there was a noticeable improvement! He is an older doctor, but he has years of experience to fall back on.

Dr. Munn has been my primary dr. for some years and could not ask for a better physician to work with.

Dr Munn always takes time to listen thoughtfully to my concerns.
