Hilary is just lovely and I really enjoy having her as my midwife. She is personable and friendly and I feel that she has exceeded my expectations as this is my first interaction with a midwife.

Out of all the Women's health providers I've had Hilary Conn is by far the best!

Coming from a provider that did not listen to me and i did not trust. i was pleasantly relieved and felt cared for and heard at my visit every step of the way. The doctors and nurses were amazing.

I really liked Hilary Conn when I saw her. I was very scared of my procedure and she made me feel much better by the time we started. She answered any and all questions I had and was extremely big on consent. I loved that she had her pronouns listed on her badge. It made me even more comfortable that she seemed more inclusive to all types of people. During the procedure, she walked me step by step what she was doing and warned me when I was going to feel pain. Her staff was very helpful and kind, trying to distract me from the pain. The only thing I really disliked was the fact she did not provide any type of medication to soften my cervix or anything to make the procedure easier on me beforehand even when I specifically asked when scheduling if there was anything that I could take besides ibuprofen that would make the procedure easier for me. Because now I have to come back and I'm taking the medication that will make it easier anyway so I don't understand why I couldn't have just taken it to begin with to save me paying for an extra Dr visit and taking the day off work. I'm loosing a ton of money because of all of this. I feel like MOST of this could have been avoided if the person who scheduled me, would have scheduled me while I was on my period. They knew that I should be on my period too because they told me they recommended it, but proceeded to only offer me days that I wasn't on it. When I communicated that I wasn't on it those days and they told me it would be fine. They didn't communicate this with the Dr I'm assuming because the Dr wasn't aware that I wasn't on it the day I saw her. Hilary actually seemed confused why they scheduled me off my period because it's normally much easier to insert an IUD while on it. It's just upsetting about the medication though, because I have had male friends get prescribed things such as Valium or pain meds for extremely non invasive and non painful procedures, like an ultrasound, but women just have to suck it up with invasive painful procedures. Hilary wasn't able to get the IUD in place because of all of this after trying at least 4 times. She was extremely apologetic and I very much appreciated that, but I had to go through all the mental anxiety the days leading up to the procedure and then the actual pain of part of the procedure only to not be able to have it completed. Now I have to go through it all over again AND be charged for another Dr visit. I feel like this has been a much more mentally and physically distressing than it needed to be.

Hilary Conn was fantastic as explaining my procedure and making it as painless as possible. Overall, it was a great experience.

Hilary was very professional, friendly and personable. She knew my history and explained everything very thoroughly. My husband and I felt very comfortable during our visit!
