I feel like I have always been treated as a special patient when I have an appointment.

Dr. Werner was fantastic. I had some concerns since in a past procedure it did not go very well. She worked with me to make the procedure go smoothly and addressed my concerns! I would highly recommend her.

I am very thankful for the continued care that my primary provider and all of the health care team provide day in and day out. Always genuine. That means a lot.

Dr. Werner is such a wonderful person! She was so good with my son and was very clear with me and made sure I understood everything. I'd recommend her to anyone!

I would like to have had specific instructions on how long I was to continue the at home treatment after the procedure, I wasn't sure how many days I was to continue what the doctor had asked me to do.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Quick to greet me and helpful with their responsibilities in the process. The nurse and physician asked questions and listened to my responses. They are part of my health team and wellness journey.

Dr. Werner and the medical staff are amazing. So happy that I chose Onalaska Clinic for my care.

The doctor is a good doctor but not great. Really juat goes by the book. I often want to ask her if she will have kids herself ao she can unsure parents and kids better.

Dr. Werner is an outstanding family doctor. She listens well, takes my feelings and feedback into consideration. I feel she really treats me as a unique individual not just another customer. It was even better when she had a scribe on a tablet because she did not have to spend so much time on the computer.

The check in staff needs to be more thorough. Did the signing and updating of information and ended up that wasn't checked in and sat there and waited to be called in for appointment. Not a very good experience with that part of appointment.

I'm new to Gundersen after 20+years of going Mayo.

Dr Werner had an extra unscheduled appointment thrown into her scheduled appointments. I had to wait a bit before I was seen. She apologized and explained situation. I enjoyed the peace and quiet and air conditioning!!

Dr. Heidi Werner is an excellent doctor. I am very impressed with her knowledge as well as her kind and caring manner. I hope she stays at Gundersen Onalaska for her entire career!

Establishing care once again, Dr Werner was friendly, genuine and answered my questions. I will continue with her care for me. The registration person was not so personal and did not make eye contact. I had a MA mentored student who did very well for her second day of rooming patients and her mentor was attentive and helpful.

I just can't say enough good things about my Dr. Heidi Werner !!!!! She is simply just the best and cares so much about my health.

Dr Werner always listens and is fully engaged. She is not only knowledgeable but in tune to the needs of her patient. She and her staff are great to work with and I am glad she is my PCP. Dr Werner makes the experience that is not a 'fun` experience as pleasurable as possible, even when the patient is feeling less than stellar. She has made my health care situation manageable.

I really appreciate Dr. Werner's logical approach to preventive care recommendations and how clear she is in explaining her approach to guidelines that are contradictory. It's so refreshing to talk through logic and risks with a provider and see how she's using data to guide her decisions. She's an excellent doctor and I have already recommended her to others.

I arrived at the appropriate time. I waited in the exam room for 45 min before the Dr came in. No one informed me that she was running late. The Dr did not acknowledge or apologize for making me wait.

Even though this was my first appointment with Dr. Werner, she was extremely caring and invested in my health and well-being. She listened carefully to my concerns and provided alternatives to the medication I had been using, which positively impacted my quality of life. She was very attentive, and kind; and, the experience reaffirmed my choice of quality healthcare.
