When abnormal results to test come in on MyChart either black the results from the patient until a doctor can go over the results with the patient or have a representative contact the patient and let them know the severity or the lack of need to be concerned so they are not worried until the follow up appointment

Drove 100 miles for breathing test, machine was broken. The next appointment is scheduled 90 days away, thought it should be handled a lot sooner. Everyone was very friendly at Gundersen.

very caring doctor

The doctor was very concerned about my health and requested additional tests to make sure of my lungs. She took time to listen to me and to explain to me about how my lungs work and what would help with my problems. The therapist was very good to explain what was expected of me about the tests.

The pulmonary staff was VERY nice. P.A. Gretchen Myre was very nice, professional and very knowledgeable. She was on board with ALL my questions and made sure I understood my future options regarding my health. I hope I see her in the future concerning my pulmonary issues.

PA was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. She listened carefully to my concerns.

I am extremely frustrated with the scheduling process! I am supposed to be back in 6 months with tests but can't even try to schedule those appointments for 3 months. This is asinine. I am right there ready to schedule. I understand the appointment may have to change some but at least it is on the calendar. Gundersen continues to make less and less sense for patient needs and seems to be more and more about money. I hope Gundersen can return its mindset to patients over profits.

Gretchen was thorough, knowledgable and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the visit. She offered options for care and gave advice on continuing to care for myself with this rare, chronic condition. She consulted with the MD afterwards and a lab was added. I am happy that I was assigned to her!
