AMAZING!! The staff and Dr were excellent!!

I've been to many eye places and this is the first one the makes me pay to pick up my supposedly free contacts. This is absolutely the last time I go to this place. $85 to pick up contacts you people are crazy.

This was the first I was informed my eyes had nerve damage from diabetes. In a few weeks I will go back and see what the recommendation is to keep my eyes from further damage.

Yes, my appointments, I love coming to see the doctor there. He is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. They take good care of me and I trust them very much. They treat me like a human being and I really appreciate that.

It was a lot farther to drive but worth it. I felt much more confident I did with previous provide. I was talked to in language I could understand and felt comfortable asking questions. I wish all doctors would realize that we are not knowledgeable about medical terms.

After two years of poor medical treatment in another state, I had become worried about even going near any medical facility. I approached this first medical contact in Wisconsin with caution, hoping that at best it might not be as awful as my most recent experiences. To my surprise, and relief, I found a highly competent, caring, forthcoming doctor and staff waiting for me at the Eye Clinic. Dr. Hutcheson was a delight, and now I have the courage to, perhaps, attempt to try out another area of care through Gunderson. Please extend my gratitude to him, and thank you for providing an environment where his caliber of doctor can practice.

I feel that the Gundersen Friendship Eye Clinic provides first rate clinical examinations and explanations. They also have outstanding personnel in the eye wear section of the clinic. This clinic exceeds all my expectations of what eye care is about!

My appointment was made quickly; however from the time the tech left the room and Dr. Hutcheson arrived was more than 30 minutes! I can appreciate a growing practice, but at the toll of a patient waiting longer than 15 minutes is not worth the expansion.
