Dr Z is wonderful

Everything went well.

Dr Zuercher is VERY knowledgeable and she takes the time with you and if she doesn't have an answer she goes out of her way to FIND the answers.

She takes the time to listen and explain. She does a lot of medical journal reading and is up to date on the newest recommendations.

Dr Zuercher is like an old friend. She is kind and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to do for me.

The hospital is definitely good with good medical care for patients.

It is a struggle when Dr. Zuercher is such an amazing provider because she is always so hard to get in to see. Her availability is often weeks out when I have called. As long as my need isn't urgent, I am fine waiting but I wish her access and availability was a little less of a wait. I do understand she has many other patients so I do greatly appreciate when I am able to get scheduled to see her. She is one of the best providers at Gundersen Palmer.

My first apt was cancelled by Clinic a couple weeks ago. Yesterday my apt was at 9 30. Took me in room with nurse but did not see Dr. Until 10 45. A long wait. Left at 11 15.

Prescription where delayed. Therapy was delayed as well as which therapist was to be contacted.

Dr. Zuercher is simply the best! She truly gives you her full attention and makes you feel like you are her only patient when she's in the room with you. She's always friendly and answers all questions. We couldn't ask for a better Doctor!!
