No Patient Experience Reviews – Why Not?

Gundersen Health System requires a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys in a 12-month period for each clinician before posting a clinician’s rating. Industry best practice is clear that more data provides a more accurate picture of the patient experience.

Personal Interests

Garrett Donaldson grew up in the small town of Geneseo, Illinois, where he participated in many school activities and was a lifeguard for six years. He then attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a degree in biochemistry. After graduating, Garrett earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. While there, he was a part of the Wisconsin Academy of Rural Medicine, a program that focuses on training physicians for rural areas.
