My check in was 7:45am and appointment at 8am. I was not seen by the doctor until 8:20am. I'm assuming I was the first appointment of the day, and even if I wasn't it was still wrong to have to have waited that long.

I have to say that when I go in for procedures, I do feel like I'm on a conveyor belt. The doc comes in, performs the injection and quickly exits leaving the follow up teaching to others. If I were a doctor, I would want to know that the patient was fully educated before I left the room. I wouldn't want to have to pay their malpractice insurance!

Excellent clinical visit. Dr. Maslowski took the time to review my record, hear my story, and examine me relative to my hip and back problem. She offered treatment options going forward. I left the office with a good care plan and am optimistic about improving my problem. Thanks!

The employee I checked out with was not friendly or courteous. I asked a question and she was somewhat rude about it and not helpful. The answer she provided was obvious and something I already knew, which did not help me. When I finished, I told her "thank you". She did not even have enough courtesy to reply. She said nothing. SHE should have thanked me.

Provider was not familiar with my current and recent medical changes. Provider looked at the notes of the Provider I was previously referred to by this provider while I was in for this visit. (I will continue to go to this provider as I do get the relief I need).

Dr. Maslowski did answer my questions-totally. She looked over my x-rays which I had questions about since the time they were taken. We made a plan based on my concerns and I have a path forward. I feel like we are taking a proactive path and I hope I learn enough to follow through to a more healthy outcome.

The experience was really good. Was super fast and was in and out way faster then I thought

I find that the injections i had in my back are helping out alot with my pain. Thank you alot for this relief.

I appreciated that my past records were reviewed prior to my consult and that my chronic pain issues and questions were actually heard. Time spent with me was exceptional and didn't feel like I was on a timer not able to ask about issues.

Dr. Erin addressed all my concerns . She took time to ask and listen to my concerns and really appreciate the fact that she really cares

The first time in 20 year this back pain was actually taken serious and not fobbed off as fibro (which it is NOT) or some maliginering. Simply amazing.

My provider was wonderful. She explained everything, actually showed my my previous MRI results, did not patronize me, and really made me feel seen/heard. I once again have a glimmer of hope that we can figure it why I'm in pain all of the time and how to fix it.

We we're both running late, but she just switched patient times and yes I had to wait but she did completely take care of me and staff that were extremely apologetic! But I said no problem because they worked with my tardiness and theirs was no problem because I was lucky enough for your internet to be working so I could use my phone the entire time I was waiting. So it went extremely well and everybody had a few good laughs during the procedure. All in all it was a great experience!
