My daughter didn't feel like this provider was right for her. We will likely choose a different provider for our next due well check.

I was really impressed from start to finish. Scheduler helped get an appointment quickly, front desk staff were kind and helpful, MA was sweet and made my child feel comfortable, and Dr Hansen and the student were great with my daughter and were able to help determine our next steps with her medical concerns and we were able to make an appointment with a specialist on our way out.

Dr. Hansen is very patient and compassionate with my teen who can sometimes be difficult and challenging. She is thorough, takes her time, and genuinely seems interested in my teen's wellbeing.

The nurse was very sweet and personable!! We hadn't met with Dr. Hansen since before Covid and it was so pleasant to catch up with her and revisit as if we'd been seeing her all along.

Overall, it was a great visit. It did take almost 30 minutes between the Medical Assistant taking me back to the room and the Doctor actually seeing me. I would assume she was busy and it was not a big deal to me. I am sure other people would not be as understanding, however.

Dr. Hansen is very thorough and easy to talk to. She listens to our concerns and proceeds with our children's best interest at heart. She knows our children well and asks for their concerns about their health as well.
