She knows your history. You can count on her to get you where you need to go if other things need to be done. Eileen Williams is a very skilled and knowledgeable NP. She is very thorough and explained things to me that are very helpful. I learned that I had lymphoma in my right breast. I had a lumpectomy and radiology on my full breast. The lymphoma is a result of that treatment. Eileen gave me instructions on how to massage my breast to lessen the lymphoma. I am very grateful that Eileen is on my cancer team.

Eileen has always taken the time to explain everything, troubleshoot and listen to me. I have not ever felt rushed away. She is super knowledgeable to look at options for care and just one of the care team that makes me so happy I chhose Gundersen for my cancer treatment and got the team I got for my care.

When I arrived for my appointment, parking spaces were not available. Multiple cars were circling the parking lots looking for parking spaces. Street parking was full. The lot in front of the building and the upper level lot was full. Valet was busy as well. I did find a space but was a few minutes late to my appointment. Very frustrating.

The entire team was professional, caring, and provided me with a wealth of information about the process. Eileen has been handling my particular breast condition for a couple of years. Her advice has helped catch my breast cancer early giving me a better prognosis. I am very happy with the entire team, and feel lucky I have Gundersen treating me.
