The resident was good too!

I had a very bad experience. The people were bad. As soon as I mentioned my boyfriend, they, then they decided they didn't want to treat me. Before that, they were going to treat me, but after I mentioned my boyfriend, then they didn't want to treat me. I said, well, for this ain't going to work. And I also told them no text messages. You people have been texting steady, and calling after hours, too. Any more, we'll call the chief.

My experience was outstanding! The staff went over and above my expectations.

Dr. Simonson is one of the best doctors I've been to. I wish he had more of them that were like that. I'm very, very impressed with him.

I had a resident me me at the beginning of my appointment. He was excellent!

Dr. Simonson is a wonderful surgeon and podiatrist doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really knows his field with suggestions for care. Let's you decide how you want to proceed with treatment. He helps his assistants and residents learn and train with care. Dr. Simonson is an exemplar example of love + medicine., Gundersen Clinic 's slogan !!

Dr. Simonson was very good at his specialty, Podiatry. His manner and work spoke of professionalism. He is professional and yet very personable with this patient. I would recommend him to anyone requiring foot care.

I was early, nurse had me all checked in by my arrival time, md arrived 10 min after appt time. 30 min is a long time to sit in a room with no interaction. I was beginning to think they forgot about me. If someone had just popped in with an update it would've helped. Just a small thing ?
