Since we started seeing Dr. Hatanpa she has been nothing short of extraordinary. She is professional yet friendly, very thorough, and mostly she listens. If something isn't in her expertise she's sends us to someone who can help me. My husband may be acquiring a different job soon and I hate to think she won't be my doctor anymore.

This was not my regular provider and I was surprised that she had read my history and knew the issues that I was having before I came in because I had to make a last minute appointment for being sick and I was very impressed because no one outside of my main provider has ever studied up and knew my history. So, I thought it was an awesome experience when I could not see my main provider.

I requested some additional labs that I use to monitor my health over time. I was told that they would not be ordered because there was no "diagnosis". I think that is hogwash. I am responsible for my health and I need to be able to monitor my health. It should not all be dictated to me. How can I be fully responsible for monitoring my health if I cannot get blood work done that allows me to do that.
