Our experience was great, overall. Dr. Gerhard was very attentive and caring toward my son and myself. He listened, rather than seeming to rush. The only complaint is that we had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor after we arrived for our 10:30 appointment. The appointment cut a huge chunk out of my teens school day.

We were not impressed with how the notes did not reflect our conversation Dr Gerhard. Information with assessment did not transfer was Dr was excited to see in her movement exam. Also not pleased with how many times it was emphasized in the notes our child was not immunized as a negative reflection on our parental advocation to protect our child's health.

In our situation I like how he listens to us give us his advice but leaves the final decision up to us. I like how he guides us to do what's best for our child by making sure we have the right information to make the best decision possible

Only one person working at check in/check out. Would be nice to have at least two people working here to speed up the process. Dr. David Gerhard was as always a great listener, know me and my issues, was reassuring and agreeable to my questions and health plan. He has been amazing as a doctor and my family consider him our friend.

The appointment took two hours - an exorbitantantly long time to keep a one year old waiting.

Dr. Gerhard always does such a great job not only treating and caring for my child but making sure I as the parent feel informed and validated as well. We really enjoy our visits with him!

My only frustration was the fact that we couldn't also do my other son's flu vaccine. Quoting 'recent protocols and staffing' it seems not efficient when taking care of our community and ensuring more kid's can get the flu vaccine in a timely fashion. Being a parent of multiples is tough enough, let's reevaluate the protocols in order to be proactive for our community.

The nurse that did weight check didn't take his height or blood pressure at the beginning of our appointment. but had put in his chart before the dr came in. Dr Gerhard Had to have another nurse at the end check blood pressure. That nurse was amazing.

Dr. Gerhard and his MA were wonderful as always! Always a pleasure to see them.

Dr Gerhard and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and he is one of the best clinicians I have come across.

I will say this again and again Dr. Gerhard is the best of the best!! Really builds me up as a parent and I leave appointments feeling like a million bucks!!! So caring and informative.

We absolutely LOVED Dr. Gerhard! He answered all our questions, gave us reassurance, and gave me reassurance and reminded me as a mom that I'm doing a great job - which I don't think new moms hear this enough! I just wish he wasn't so hard to get into!
