I could ask for more. Everyone was great and welcoming. All questions and concerns was fully addressed.

Didn't like the dog allowed in your facility. It was not labeled as a "service animal". This is not a vet clinic nor a doggie dacare. How can staff possibly clean/sanitize a room after a big dog has been in a somewhat sterile environment. And some individuals have phobias of animals, especially dogs. Thank you for listening.

Provider is exceptional in giving injection. He is very thorough with instructions. I would recommend him to anyone.

The Winona campus is a real gem! I appreciate being able to see providers there. PA Cole Connington is knowledgeable, patient and kind. Gundersen is lucky to have him.

Did not like waiting in with the people getting their vaccines or blood draws in scrounge shorts. And waited at least 1/2 hr for x-rays. I think they forgot about me.

Cole was polite, listened well and knowledgeable.

I received a gel injection in my knee. All went well with it. Unfortunately while I was waiting to get the shot I think I was forgotten about or another patient took a lot of time. I waited 20 between the time the shot treatment was brought into the room and when I received the shot. I was not in a hurry so it in the end it was ok.

Everything went as planned with no issues!

Cole was extremely attentive to all my questions. He explained everything that I needed to know. I would highly recommend him to anyone with Ortho issues. It was a pleasure meeting him and I will definitely see him again if needed.

Cole listened well to my questions and concerns and communicated clearly in a good conversation. We discussed possible treatment options and I agreed with his recommendation. It was a very good session!

1. The room had a dirty/unsanitary feel. There was trash/paper wipes laying around the trash can, not in it. The counter top above the trash container was soiled. Needed a good wipe down. 2. Being gowned and asked to walk outside my exam room was very uncomfortable. Having to sit in a "public" waiting room with a gown was not pleasant either. I am a private person and that experience was very uncomfortable for me. Need to make this a much better experience. Think about the patients feelings first. Thank you for this opportunity.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr apologized for the wait because they were running behind but I didn't feel it was a long wait.
