I am not impressed at all with this Clinic I leave messages for Doctor's and get nowhere. Very frustrating I feel like I am just a number them to this establishment.

I wish the appointment could have been longer. It was my first visit to gunderson as I was switching providers. I have had a bit of a list of health issues that needed to be added to my records, some unresolved. My doctor had done well collecting my previous medical records, however he was only admitted roughly 25 minutes with me, and I went over the time alloted and was barely able to give the two reasons why I had wanted to be seen today. He did a good job of quickly referring me to 2 specialists, but for my other issues I had to make another appointment at the soonest of 2 weeks from now to try and tackle as well as go over the other issues. I understand he has a large number of patients, I just wish the system had a way to allow him more time. Perhaps I'm an unusual case, I just wish I didn't have to wait 2 more weeks to be seen again. He seems very knowledgeable and had ideas to some of my issues previous doctors have not mentioned considering. He did mentioned he has a assistant I believe that can also see me in the future which give me further contact to him as well, which is great. I look forward to seeing him again and hopefully feeling well.

Dr. Laylan took time to get to know the patient and ask questions about his health and background. We appreciated the caring demeanor.

The only problem I had was the 35 minute wait time in the office before I was seen. I was getting ready to call the front desk when he walked in and apologized for the wait.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the appointment with him. I had never seen him before but I found him very easy to talk to and he was very kind and it was just nice to have that natural cool.

This was a new Doctor to me. He was very nice to work with and would be happy to see him again.

To start with my provider seems plesent. However, my provider and I had talked about setting up an appointment with a specialist and there was no follow-up. Perhaps it was an oversight. And I feel as though my current health concern with another situation is not quite being addressed as of yet.
