Wellness visits turn to Office visits with no resolution. And...I lost an inch in one year and no one cares. Haha.

I've had Cathy as my PCP for the last 7+ years, and she is simply the best. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, and a partner in your health. I'm grateful for her and the staff in the IM dept. Everyone is respectful and kind.

Very unhappy with the length of time from when you call with a health problem and the soonest you can see your provider or get PT services that are required is a month to a month and a half. That to me is not patients first treatment.

The student that was with Catherine was very nice and friendly. Made my appointment even better

The nurse practitioner in training was pleasant and thorough. What I would expect since she is at Viterbo. Since I have the opportunity, I am not sure why an instant messaging or chat appointment would be beneficial unless the situation is very minor or you are far from any physical office.
