Dr. Nelson was excellent.

I waited for 40 minutes in the room before the doctor saw me.

Dr. Nelson is aware of my needs and health. Her nurse was attentive. The receptionists were businesslike, but fun.

Dr. Nelson was concerned and contacted me. She was very concerned and followed up with labs and seeing me.

Having so many services in one building is a real plus. I feel comfortable with Dr Nelson.

I went into the appointment with a list of concerns and Dr Nelson addressed each issue. Most helpful and feel I was heard.

Catherine is amazing. She truly listens to everything and provides wonderful care to her patients.

Dr. Nelson is not my regular doctor, but because of my need to get in that day, she saw me. Even though she wasn't my regular doctor, she knew my medical history before she came into the appointment and knew what to do for me. All the doctors in the gunderson system whatever clinic they belong are great. They are all very professional and caring.

Dr Nelson is an exceptional doctor! She is so thorough thru her exams. Always asking questions to get to the bottom of a problem to find the right solution. I understand why it took longer to get an appointment with her!

Dr. Nelson was great. She knew the details of my medical history and spent a lot of time getting to know me and my health concerns. She listened well, showed compassion and empathy, and offered resources. In my 40+ years of doctor visits, she and Gundersen were the only provider to ask about mental health, which is important.

Dr. Nelson had thoroughly reviewed my chart before our visit which greatly improved the level of care. She was knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and addressed them. She is an excellent provider.

Dr. Nelson is truly an amazing provider. She listens and explains things in a way I understand. She's great with my 3 kids. She remembers random things I've said at other appointments. I know she's super busy, so for her to remember little things like that is truly special. She's one of best!

While waiting in the waiting room a nurse came out and loudly yelled at one of the registration staff due to a registration error. This should have been done in private, or nicely asked the registration staff quietly why the patient was not sent to lab prior to the status being turned to arrived.

I really wish that providers would not only listen, but take interest in their client's mental health state and how that is effecting their pain. It's a problem.

Dr Nelson and her nurse are always amazing when I go in. I never have anxiety about going to see them. She listens to all my concerns or issues and is very thorough.

The registration staff chatted about personal matters for a lengthy period of time with a patient in front of me in line. There were two other patients behind me in line, waiting to register. When I arrived, I was early to my appointment. By the time I was checked in, I was late for my appointment.
