Carmen was fantastic to work with! She was friendly, kind and patient! She definitely wanted to figure out what was bothering my child's foot! She asked questions, sent her for an X-ray and came back to meet with us! She did not make us wait longer than we needed! She was fantastic!! Thank you!!

Is it normal to do your own vaginal swabs? I've never in my life experienced this. Is the cost less, since it was like a self service?

Definitely a positiveexperience all around. Xray was completed prior to provider assessing due to injury and just was a smooth process with results even being noted before provider cane in. No waiting to have testing after the provider sees you. Carmen was very down to earth and related well with my teenager in conversations with him.

Carmen is amazing. I felt like she listened to my concerns and offered solutions to help narrow down the problems. Very comfortable opening up to her about my medical issues.

I want to give great kudos to Carmen. I used to be scared to go to doctor because I felt no one listened to patient..everything was black and white.gunderson has changed its ways about 10 years ago and continually improves. Carmen was incredible! After being in incredible back pain forever 5 months I was desperate. Carmen already read what I talked to nurse about the day prior and even noted things I forgot to tell her. That means she not only read it but took it in. Carmen worked with me as an individual. We came up with one option to try to help in meantime. I never felt judged once. I never felt rushed or scared. I've really been impressed with gunderson. I'm really glad I went. I'm also glad she is in sparta as if therapy doesnt work they can go back to her with advisement but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I appreciated Carmen wanting to follow up with me at appointment in a month. I never felt pressured to do anything. It really was a team effort and plan we came up with together.im keeping her on my list of favorite providers. Thank you Carmen for listening to me and understanding how I feel. That means sooo much. Don't leave gunderson! ?

A lot better than Mayo because they didn't do nothing and you guys got right on top of it.
