In 54 years of medical care I have never felt so seen and heard. I have plenty of health issues due to CPTSD and this was the very first time any medical provider at Gundersen has truly understood and acknowledged the impacts of trauma on my health. Please ensure that all medical staff receive training in Adverse Childhood Experiences so that more customers like me can get the care they need.

Wait time was longer than usual- appointment at 10:10, didn't get called back to room until 10:50- 40 minute wait

Dr. Gerardy was excellent in every way that I can think of. She listened to what I had, if I had a problem. She listened to me on other situations and she was very helpful. I would recommend anybody to her.

Not only did she diagnosis disease 4 different dr hadn't found but told us about Good RX his med would have cost $3000with Good RX 68. Thought ads on TV gimmick. She helped us through whole process

This is my first experience with any sort of health diagnosis. My biggest concern at this point in my disease is diet. When I ask, I am referred to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation website, which I find generic and contradictory at times to other sources I value. Diet for UC patients is very personalized. Maybe I need a referral to a dietitian? I didn't ask at my appointment but maybe should have.
