Was at my appointment ahead of schedule and checked in, sat in a dark room for 20 minutes, no one came in so I left, did not get to speak with my care provider. All our time is valuable, if you are running late tell me, I understand things come up. A negative experience.

The provider was thoroughly acquainted with my current health issues, and took this into account in her recommendations. I felt she was very understanding and supportive while providing information and recommendations that might be useful in the future as my health changes. I would definitely be glad to continue treatment under her guidance as necessary. The appointment was a positive experience!

She is very friendly , personal. Her recommendations were clear. She showed me my x-ray during her explanation of what was going on. She had me help make decisions about future care from this office.

I believe the provider did a thorough job of diagnosis. Visit provided answers to the questions I had pertaining to my concern.

I had cancer surgery a year ago on my kidney and this was my first appointment since the surgery. I traveled 2 hours to LaCrosse for this appointment and was told there should have been a cat scan performed before this appointment took place. This appointment was scheduled a year ago and no one thought to order this test. Wasted two hour trip and got no reassurance my cancer has not returned. Kind of sloppy work on Gundersen's end. My experience with Gundersen the past 30 years has been great, so kind of disappointing to have this happen.
