I have never came across friendlier and professional people in my life. I come from South Africa and the way you get treated here is so much better. You actually feel like you are a human being and that they really care about your feeling and to help. I would never change providers. Gundersen Fayette and West Union ARE the best!!!!

I recently switched my care to Dr. Crookston. She took her time with me and was very thorough. My experience was extremely positive and wecame up with a plan together. I felt like she cared about me not only as a patient, but also as a person.

Dr. Crookston is an outstanding physician. She takes the time needed, listens carefully, asks questions, and encourages healthy dietary and lifestyle choices in a warm, positive manner. She even suggested participating in some outside activities that suit my interests and abilities, going much further than required in caring for a patient.
