I was thinking when I left how I respect and appreciate Dr. Reed. He is so real, down to earth, compassionate, upfront and honest and listens. It is so comfortable talking to him about my concerns and he addresses them with conversation and a game plan. I trust his guidance and feel so fortunate to have him as my provider.

The care at Gundersen is inclusive and generous. The nursing staff and Dr. Reed create such a welcoming environment where I feel accepted and understood. All my nerves are eased when I walk into Gunderson knowing I have such a wonderful team of care providers that truly work with my best interest in heart.

My experience in the past, the receptionists at Winona Campus could be a little more friendly. Sometimes I feel like a number not a patient. I don't want to lump them all into one basket, as some are quite friendly.

Dr. Reed is the most caring doctor I have been to in a long time. He never comes in the room to find out what your problem is only to rush right back out again. He always makes sure you are satisfied with your care before he leaves.

Dr. Reed is always very thorough. Asks questions and listens and addresses any concerns I have and will do follow up testing if needed. I'm very happy with my care from Dr. Reed.

Not sure why i went. When i got there the appointment was for something else and not my condition. I did not get any medical recomendations and was a total waste of time. When a patient makes appointment Gunderson should state what the appointment is for on my -chart. would be helpful for everyone.

Dr. Reed was very careful to make sure that he checked my thyroid and so forth because I've had partial removal of my thyroid. It's been about a year and a half since the surgery and nobody's checked it since. I had to go back to the lab and have extra blood drawn for that and a few other things that he wanted to double check on. But yes, he's a very competent doctor. He seems to care a great deal about his patients and I appreciate that. I'm an old lady and I like being treated like I'm not totally stupid. He's good at that. It makes me feel like, yeah, okay, I do know something about my body.

Dr. Reed is always attentive, personable, and knowledgeable during my visits. He's always concerned that all my questions are fully answered.

My vaccination records were not up-to-date in Gundersen's system during my interview with the nurse. After my exam, the nurse came back to administer a shot and my file had been updated.

I think the pre questions before the visit regaurding medications and allergies was a waste of time for the provider and the patient as those questions were asked the day of the appointment and I was much better prepared to answer those questions

Dr. Reed is a very, very, very professional man. Very thorough, makes people feel very comfortable, all his assistants, you know, as far as the nurses etcetera were always a very, very kind and thorough and when there was questions, they got answered. I just really highly respect that team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reed's for over 10 years. I followed him to Gunderson, LaCrosse when he left Winona Health; he was worth the trip! I always feel like I'm visiting a friend when I see Dr. Reed. He makes me feel at ease and listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed.

I was referred to a cardiologist that I later learned was a nurse practitioner. I'm quite certain she is not a board certified cardiologist and will not accept this referral!

Gundersen Winona just keeps getting better. Friendly appointment desk , nurses. Dr. Reed has always been my go-to Doctor for questions. His speaking skills and analysis with computer data is amazing!
