They were able to get me in for biopsy next day, we're as internal medicine was not able to schedule same procedure for a several days later.

Everything went smooth and things were explained very clearly even the slight risks of surgery. They were professional and very helpful with getting things set up and figured out.

All of the staff were excellent and very kind when they were working with me.

Procedure experience was performed well and post-procedure has gone remarkedly well with little discomfort. I attribute this to the time my provider took to make sure things were closed/stitched up well.

This provider was familiar with my history, and took time to answer my questions. I had a few "personal" type questions to ask, and was grateful I could get another woman's perspective on breast care treatments. (Though the men in this department that I have had appointments with are also understanding.)

My friend and I are amazed at how personal the Gundersen staff make each appointment. Everyone is so helpful and explains medical information in layman terms to it is easier for us to understand. No one seems to be in a rush to get you out of their office, they make sure everything explained is understood by the patient. (and my extra set of ears and eyes). My care has been exceptional!!!

10 min wait for call-in, then 30 min wait in room. Fine after that

I had an x-ray done, and provider was suppose to call with my results. I never received a call. I saw my results on my care, but there was no message from the person I saw.

I feel like all staff has treated me like family. They answer my questions and if they don't know answers they get me to the right person.

I felt dismissed by both the provider and the MA I saw. Despite clearly visible hives over my body the provider acted like she couldn't see the until I showed her the worst area on my body. I only followed up with family practice because my surgeon recommended it and now I feel like I've wasted both my time and money on seeing this provider after I was basically dismissed.

this was the first time seeing Brooke and i really liked her! listened intently very sweet and confident in informing me in what was happening! would definitely come back to see her again if i can not get into my regular doctor!

The nurse was done for the day and she didn't care about me at all. Didn't introduce herself, was unfriendly, and never smiled. I get we all have bad days but it reflects on all the staff.

My family have been Gundersen patients for decades. We have always felt we had the best care available.

Really great NP. However, Brookelyn wore a really strong fragrance which was very bothersome. It took my breath away. The clinic should be fragrance-free. Physicians, especially, should know better. Her fragrance transfered to me and I smelled like it for the rest of the day. Please make the clinic fragrance-free!
