Brea is wonderful!!! Gundersen is lucky to have her and so am I!!!! She's the BEST!!

I appreciated the time Brea took to explain things to me. She was caring and compassionate in a situation that was scary to me.

Brea took time to ensure I felt like a person, and not just a number. She talked through my concerns with me, and offered new ideas and options. She made sure my health concerns were addressed and made me feel very comfortable, without any judgement. She's a wonderful human!!

Always a great experience there and the entire staff is always very friendly and helpful and Brea Veldboom is the best at her job, couldnt be any better.

I'm happy how quickly my son was seen (same day and within an hour) The NP was kind and child friendly making our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. She asked my son questions and listened to him. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She was respectful of me and my child- including him in her discussions about his care. We left without the letter she typed up for us but put it in my chart which worked perfectly. A+ provider!!

Very pushy about the COVID vax when I said no multiple times. MA was ok with waiting for flu vax at another time, understanding my reasoning, provider was pushy about doing it now instead of waiting and pretty much forced me to say yes to get her to stop pushing it

I really liked my provider and she seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful. She was careful not to further my pain and provided helpful tips to improve.

I appreciate Brea's candor, the time she spent going over my records, and time spent with me. I realize that I have multiple problems and if conditions worsen that I will have to move to Internal Medicine to manage these, but for now, I will continue with Brea for my day to day issues. Thanks to her for caring about me.

The checkout process could be easier. It is not very convenient to have to have the person checking you out call different departments to try and get you scheduled. It would be nice if there was a way that you could interact with the person scheduling yourself.

The schedulers did a great job working me into the schedule. They called me back when tere was a cancelation.

I appreciate being seen by another provider in the department when my provider was busy. Family Medicine goes the extra mile for their patients.

Brea Veldboom is an exceptional healthcare provider. She is an above average listener. She does not discount how you are feeling, or what you are experiencing. She is thorough and her communication is extraordinary. You do not have the opportunity to meet with healthcare providers that care on an individual basis like Brea does.

Brea was really an excellent listener and took plenty of time to not only review my issues but answer questions and hear my concerns. She did a great job!
