Brandon Grover, DO, is a General Surgeon who initially came to Gundersen Health System as the MIS/Bariatric Fellow in 2008. After completion of his fellowship he returned to active duty military service in the U.S. Air Force. Upon conclusion of his commitment to the AF, he returned to La Crosse in 2012. He became the Advanced GI and Bariatric Fellowship Associate Director in 2012 and the General Surgery Resident Skills Lab Director in 2015. He feels privileged to work with the exceptional group of residents and fellows that are fortunate to train at this Gundersen. His surgical interests include bariatric surgery (laparoscopic gastric bypass and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy), laparoscopic anti-reflux surgery, laparoscopic hernia repairs and laparoscopic colon surgery. He is helping to establish a premier simulation lab experience for the surgical trainees in association with the state of the art Integrated Center for Education (ICE House).
