The MA was off putting and did not interact with my child or myself hardly at all. She was somewhat rude to the student she was training as well, who was doing a great job , was very kind. The provider was amazing and very playful with my kid to make them feel more comfortable which was very nice to see.

Dr. Jackson is amazing! We love her! Access continues to be an issue. I am not ever able to get an appointment when my kids need to be seen for an acute issue. As a working mom it is a challenge to get my kids to appointments during "normal business hours". Thanks!

She is also willing to have fun and laugh with my girls which makes going to the doctor less stressful because my girls actually get excited to see Dr. Jackson. She also gives us the time and never rushes us which is awesome. I also feel like she actually cares about my girls, what they are going through, their accomplishments and their future! We will always choose Dr. Jackson!

After several visits regarding my daughter's eye, we resorted to calling the nurse advisor's line for more direction. We explicitly stated we did not want another doctor visit just to tell us to make another specialized appointment. Yet, when we had this visit, it was another unnecessary visit just to tell us what we already knew and had asked for. This type of wasteful scheduling and information is why we prefer to visit the doctor as little as possible.

Dr. Jackson is the best, thank you for always listening and being so attentive to my twins' needs.

Grateful for our great experience with my son's visit at Gundersen Onalaska Pediatrics. We were welcomed with warmth at check-in and by PA who took us back. She had great sense of humor and helped make both of us comfortable. Dr. Anna Jackson did as well, taking time to talk with us and really listen and ask clarifying questions, getting to know my son more and his personality as well as addressing concerns in a fun, helpful, validating way. And being affirming. Helped to hear about other kids going through similar things. Very reassuring for both my son and I. And I like how she gave him choices/automomy asking if he was comfortable with certain things or not. Respectful to both of us. Thank you all for creating this positive experience for my son and I. It helps to have light-heartedness and laughter which you provided.

She was running behind. I would have preferred someone tell us that or check on us while we waited.

Sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before we were seen. Was unaware of the 30 minute wait time before seeing the provider. That is too long to wait with a toddler.

We had a great experience. Our intake nurse was amazing. So kind, took her time explaining to my son what was happening and even allowing him to touch/feel the tools before being used. She really made him and myself feel at ease!

Medical staff were great. Parking at GHS Onalaska is a total nightmare. Completely understand how busy our healthcare facilities are, but arrival time was 9:30. Was not roomed until after 10:00. And did not see provider until 10:30.

Dr. Jackson and the team that works with her are incredibly talented! I will not take my kids anywhere else!

Dr Jackson was great as always! She took the time to discuss my concerns and never makes me feel rushed or feel bad for asking questions.

Other then the long wait time as usual in the room. It was a greatexperience.

This was the first time seeing this provider. Upon entering the room she was very nice however it became apparent she was in a hurry...removing my childs socks and shoes independently because she didn't want to wait for my daughter to work through her apprehension. Upon assessment of my daughter's skin rash/spot, I was told to watch it for 2 weeks and come back if it doesn't change. Overall, after leaving, I sat a thought about the care advice I received... to conclude I didn't gain any further insight into what was going on. Since leaving I have noticed worsening symptoms and have consulted different medical providers vs returning to this provider. A complete waste of my time and money. Very unfortunate. With that stated... the nurse who gave my daughter her flu vaccine was amazing! She used all the correct pain reduction techniques and distractions. My daughter asked to return there for her covid shot. I hope all nurses practice the kids coping tools.

We absolutely love Dr. Jackson! My little man is always so excited to see her. She listens to and addresses all concerns and questions. Every time we have had a visit, she remembers details about my son from previous! We are so lucky to have her caring for our son since his first well visit.

Please get your scheduling and registration staff on the same page as to "which" time to give out as the appointment time. I had verbally been given 8:30 as the appointment time when I scheduled this appointment in person last year, which is what I put on my calendar. When we showed up at 8:20, the registration staff person was rude about our check in time having been 8:10, so she would have to get special permission for us to be seen. Had they told us to be there at 8:10, we would have been there by 8:10. Just stop with this separate check in and appointment time nonsense.

Dr Jackson is always very nice, friendly, and professional with my children.

Dr. Jackson always addresses every concern with sympathy, respect, and deep knowledge. If something is abnormal, she won't stop until she gets an answer to help my kids. She's so wonderful and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Jackson does an excellent job of looking at the individual child. She sees four my children. She makes sure to know what I specifically I'm looking at for each child and what my concerns or triumphs are and carefully and completely takes care of them. We are very happy with her care.
